··· Pure-Play Military UAS OEM ···
Pegasus designs, engineers, qualifies, and manufactures customer-exclusive unmanned aircraft for defense OEMs, primes and government program teams. No competing house-brand fleet. No channel conflict. One accountable product-development partner.
··· A different defense industrial model ···
Traditional primes often have more funded missions than internal engineering and manufacturing capacity. Pegasus supplies the missing product organization—without creating a future competitor for the customer.
Every aircraft is developed for a named customer, mission and commercial structure. Pegasus does not use the engagement to build a competing branded fleet.
Airframe, propulsion, avionics, flight controls, autonomy, payload interfaces, electrical architecture and manufacturing are governed as one product.
Design-to-cost, manufacturability, testability, component availability and rate-readiness begin with the first architecture trades—not after the prototype flies.
Program-appropriate modular architectures enable payload changes, technology insertion, second sourcing and long-term sustainment without unnecessary lock-in.
Branding, data rights, configuration control, foreground IP, disclosure boundaries and public attribution are defined contractually at program start.
Engagements can span a demonstrator, production rescue, avionics modernization, low-rate initial production or a complete multi-year manufacturing program.
Full-System Product Developments
Pegasus consolidates the strongest elements of specialized UAS engineering, flight-control development, autonomy computing, composite airframe design, payload integration and aerospace manufacturing into one universal OEM offering.
One ODM model. Multiple aircraft classes.
Programs are organized around mission effects, operating conditions, acquisition constraints and target economics—not around a catalog of pre-existing Pegasus aircraft.
··· A disciplined development cycle ···
A common digital thread connects requirement decisions to drawings, software baselines, test evidence, supplier controls and the released production configuration.
Mission, CONOPS, constraints and business case.
Trades, interfaces and preliminary design.
Detailed product definition and prototypes.
Lab, ground, environmental and flight evidence.
